At Ultramax, we are redefining battery intelligence through a next-generation AI-powered Battery Management System (BMS) platform that combines advanced estimation, adaptive learning, and embedded deployment capability. Our system delivers a fully integrated intelligence stack across State of Charge (SoC), State of Health (SoH), and safety monitoring—moving beyond traditional methods to a self-improving, data-driven approach. By combining physics-based models with AI estimators and self-adaptive algorithms, we enable faster, more accurate, and more reliable battery insights across diverse chemistries and operating conditions. 

Our SoC technology demonstrates a step-change in performance, achieving convergence in as little as 30 seconds compared to approximately 5 minutes for Kalman filtering and up to 60 minutes using conventional Coulomb counting. This is paired with estimation accuracy reaching up to 98%, significantly outperforming traditional approaches. These gains are made possible through intelligent model design, including adaptive estimation techniques and lightweight embedded pathways that ensure real-time performance on constrained hardware. 

Beyond SoC, our SoH capability leverages a self-adaptive deep learning pipeline with denoising, hybrid multi-chemistry datasets, and test-time learning. This enables consistently high accuracy, with results demonstrating below 1% RMSE even in cross-chemistry deployment scenarios. Complementing this, our safety framework introduces early  abnormal-condition detection, enabling proactive intervention, improved derating strategies, and enhanced battery lifespan and reliability. 

Crucially, these innovations are not confined to research environments. Ultramax has successfully validated and deployed its algorithms on target-class embedded systems, including NXP microcontrollers, with a defined integration pathway into production BMS platforms such as the Baruch board. This ensures a seamless transition from advanced R&D to real-world application.
